We Can Conquer Giants...

No, don't get me wrong...I am not talking about literal, Giants out there! :-)
If the name Goliath sounds so familiar to you in the Bible, he's indeed the main character on this post, he's that big Giant person there as you will get to read his story. :-)
So, okay..Not all giants look like Goliath. In fact, some of them aren't people at all.
Some giants are the hard places we have to face in our lives, and some sacrifices that we have to take in life. Right now, it seems as big as a mountain, but God can help us cut it down to the size of a pea! It's wonderful to learn as we go along in life that no problem is too big for God.
LET'S BE REMINDED:
Satan tries to tell us that we have to fight our battles all alone. But that's a big lie. When we make a habit of turning our giant problems over to God in Prayer, we will find out that God is fighting right beside us. Then we become as brave as David. Just as David said when he met Goliath:
"The Lord does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord's" (1 Samuel 17:47).
FINAL WORDS TO PONDER: There's nothing too difficult for us to face in life, if God is with us. :-)

We can't fight the giants unless we are connected to Jesus. No one can beat us with God's power and strength. the Lord is good and he will deliver us from all temptation. war is there and He will not withdraw us form the battle. He wants us to face them and conquer them.

This is so true! Only when we have Jesus in us we can truly face any trials there is in our midst and even around us. Through God's guidance and help we can be delivered from all such things, all we need is faith in Him and we can be assure that all will go well in His Name.

Goliath story is so uplifting for kids and for adults too. I tell you there is a lots of Goliath to fight in that world full of trials and hardship. Yes God can help us to fight them all by prayers and sons to Him. We have to stay close to Him in this unstable world, because things are not going to get better, yet, for a while.
