Barca aim to recruit Neymar of Santos

with or without Neymar, barca is still solid.. i think Pep must search for knowing if the typical Neymar is suitable with Barcelona or not.why?? pep must learn too that Good player sometimes can not be useful if the typical of player is selfish like Zlatan and must adapt with a team who depends on team like barcelona.. in Barcelona, every start player must controll their skill and prefer to make the team interest than must show their skill and ability..

I think Neymar is a young player who has great talent. Barcelona are very lucky compared to other clubs like Real Madrid.

Neymar has been linked to lot of European clubs. In fact, it was a surprise when he decided to stay in Brazil last season. Now he has also made a statement that Barca is one of the best clubs around. So I would think that there could be a move for Neymar either in Jan or in the summer. Cheers! Ram

With Villa out after fracturing his tibia, there is every opportunity that Barca will swoop for a striker. One thing thou, even when Villa is fit, he rarely plays in the striker role. He is stationed on the left where he will make inroad to the middle. The forward role belongs to the "false-number 9" Messi. So do they really need another striker, I don't think so.

Maybe, but I think in the end he will go to Real Madrid. Either way, I don't think he will leave Santos now or next year. This year it was a very busy time to Neymar, everyday used to appear on the journals that Neymar was sold to Barcelona, next day he was sold to Real Madrid..and in the end he renewed his contract with Santos until the Brazil's World Cup. I will love if he actually stay in Brazil until 2014 since I'm a Santos fanatic, but I think it's hard to this happen, but who knows, I thought that right know he would be in Europe already.

The papers feel it will be a three horse race to sign Neymar with Barcelona and Rel madrid in the lead adn Chelsea also tagging behind. But I personally think he will shun England so basically just the two Spanish Superweights fighting it out. It was earlier mentioned that Real Madrid had signed Neymar and the transfer was wrapped up, but it later turned out to be false (It stil could happen though). Brazilain footballer Ronaldo was also doing his bit to convince him to join Real. But nothing happend over the summer and we now wait for next summer for new developments. As for Barca, I shudder to think how much stronger will be with him. They get the best talent beccaue the best want to play in a club like Barcelona. If Neyamar does manage to score against Barcelona, it sure is going to strenghten their resolve to price Neymar away from Santos ( We all know Barca can flex their financial muscle weh needed). I still think Madrid is closer to him , but in football you never know and dont be surpised if he is a catalan next summer.
