Everybody know that coffee contains Caffeine. Experts say that caffeine is considered a safe ingredient. caffeine excites the nerves cells of the brain. But continuous consumption can lead to adverse reactions in some people . It can cause headache, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, nausea, and muscle pain.
Coffee has become indispensible for morning breakfast and even during the office hours. In some countries it is a part of tradition to offer coffee to the visitors and the guests. It is a part of offering hospitality. When the family or the friends gather for a chat they distribute coffee. Even when be participate in conferences there is a time for coffee break. Coffee delights every heart. But continuous in taking of coffee can cause nervousness and loss of sleep.
Caffeine helps the body absorb headache drugs more quickly, bringing faster relief. Adding caffeine requires less medication for the same effect, reducing the risk for potential side effects and possible drug addiction.
Ant aging products containing caffeine. These products help the skin to become more smoother and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. I have also seen in the villages, when the people get hurt and bleed, they put coffee powder over to stop bleeding. The sweet odor of coffee delights every heart.

I love coffee, but I am particular. I like it with flavor. Mocha, vanilla cream, and flavors like that. I think that you know what I mean?

I agree, flavored coffee with milk, cream, and/or sugar is always better than just plain. I rarely drink coffee though - I'm much more of a tea person. Coffee can just be too bitter for me, and I'm afraid of the calories in sweeter, yummier coffee drinks.

I didn't liked coffee before, but when I tasted it and it helped me to stay awake i really liked. I could do more stuff in a day, or if I didn't have enough sleep coffee gives me energy to jump start my day. It has been since I was in college and now that i am working it really has been very helpful in many ways that I can imagine. but I have this panic attacks sometimes when I drink to much coffee, and I have expereience not being able to sleep because of drinking coffee in the afternoon. But I have learned to drink coffee at the right time which my body will be most suited :)
happy mylotting

I agreed, ginseng coffee. I tried that one, though it seems I don't like the taste but it is good for our health. Coffee that contains vitamins c, vitamin b-complex, and fights cancer.

I can't live without coffee, and trust me, no one wants me to live without it either! I have to have my coffee in the morning, it makes me human. ;) I also love the taste of coffee, so I'll sometimes drink it just to drink it. I also always have a pot ready when I have company, as several of my friends drink it as well. :)

Hello, srjac0902! I think I'm already addicted to coffee. I take a cup of coffee when I wake up in the morning, after breakfast, before lunch, after lunch, during break, before going to bed, and anytime I want to. Yes. I got addicted to coffee because of my colleagues. I always saw them taking coffee after lunch break. I was so young then, and coffee never had any appeal to me. You know, young ones don't like coffee. The prefer juice or soda. One time, when I was getting so bored and everyone was having a cup of coffee, I tried to drink coffee. I was not interested with its taste whatsoever, I had nothing to do, so I joined my coemployees. And the rest is history.
For positive effects, I can say that I'm always relaxed when I am drinking coffee. I always feel satisfied. But I also notice its side effects. I am beginning to have a bad breath. This is getting worse. When I am drinking juice, I never have any problems with bad breath, but with coffee, I always have. I am trying to lessen my coffee intake but I know it is not easy to do. I need proper discipline.

Witty,
Reading through your comment, I was surprised when you cited coffee as a culprit in having bad breath. As I am also fond of drinking coffee, I immediately checked my breath too. LOL! Hehehe...
Kidding aside, I checked on the internet and found this website: www.curesforbadbreath.com. The site confirms your assertion that coffee is a culprit to bad breath since it is acidic and triggers growth of bacteria in the saliva. Nonetheless, the website suggested that to eliminate the foul odor, you have to include the tongue when brushing the teeth.
Surprisingly, I also encountered an article at CNN's website claiming that coffee fights bad breath, quite opposite from the previous webpage. The article is referring to an Israeli study where a saliva specimen is exposed with a combination of different coffee brands. In that study, no foul smell resulted.
Quite confusing I'd say but I think the solution here is plain moderation. Anything excessive hurts in one way or the other.

Hello, JER616! I always brush my tongue. I also have an special tongu cleaner. LOL I have also read that brushing our tongue is not helping in any way. It only spreads the bacteria. But I think it's better to lessen them before spreading.
I had a lot of experiments. I am having a bad breath whenever I drink coffee. If I drink juice, I always have a fresher breath. Well, I strongly agree with you, anything excessive is wrong. I'll try to limit my coffee intake.

Hello JER616, I think there is no foul smell resulted maybe it is because of the saliva already exposed in air which then mixed with the coffee. But I may agree with the first one you had explored, it causes halitosis or bad breath when a coffee is mixed with saliva that is unexposed to air. It is better to try it with yourself if coffee cause bad breath. So that, you may not be confused.

It is way too late over here. Coffee is part of the daily morning routine. At this point I even use it to manage my migraine headaches which I have suffered from since childhood. At this point it works better for me than the medication the dr. had me on.

I always liked the smell of coffee. The beans, grounds and the brewed beverage. Even as a kid i used to offer to stir the adults coffee. Mainly coz i liked the way the creamer would form clouds as it dissolved, the smell too. Adults would get mad at me for taking too long to stir. Lol!!!
The key to everything is to not over induldge. Yes caffeine can give headaches but its when you intake too much and then try cutting back. Its a withdrawal symptom. Been there done that. Now i limit myself to one 16oz mug of coffee a day. Maybe 2 if i dont go anywhere. In the summer especially because i will also drink iced tea later. I also limit myself to one 16oz mug of that.

I love coffee and I am a coffee connoisseur. I really know my coffees and am willing to pay more for a good cup of coffee.
I am aware that there are some negatives to drinking too much coffee or ingesting too much caffeine. But I have also heard that there were some benefits. I have never researched the benefits because it does not matter one way or the other. I am not going to stop drinking coffee.
I sometimes find that a cup of coffee actually relaxes me. And yes, I love the smell of coffee brewing.
Did you also know that coffee grounds are beneficial to plants or some plants?
I know people who don't drink coffee at all. And I feel sorry for them because they do not know the delight that a cup of coffee can bring. I do not drink coffee for the caffeine because I can get caffeine other ways. I drink it for the taste and the pleasure that it brings me.
I think that I will go make a cup of coffee right now.

I really don't like coffee and i just dislike the smell of it. As you said it is like an addiction and we can really come out of it once we get addicted to it.

I love coffee and cannot imagine a morning without the strong smell of black coffee. I like a double strong espresso with a little milk and no sugar. The good thing for me is that the morning coffee is the only coffee in a day. I like to keep a balance in my life, so I don't exaggerate with too much caffeine.

I am not fond of coffee. I just drink sometimes. I remember my father. He is fond of drinking coffee. And now, he suffers headache and fatigue and muscle pain sometimes. As of now, he stops drinking coffee and will drink it again if he will be fine. Thank you for sharing this. I really don't know why my father stops drinking coffee. Happy mylotting.

I drink a cup in the morning and it's make me more relax and make more focus.
My favorite was a ginseng coffee, as all know that both plant have their own good functions to the body.
When it combined, we will get more powerfull result for our brain, stamyna and energy.
It also could reduce the stomachache, migrain, etc.

No I am not. The smell makes me sick and is surely not sweet (only if you add sugar to it). the only coffee I can drink is the frozen one, a small teaspoon in a big mug with water, or some cream or the ice coffee they sell in Hungary.

i like coffee..when you're used to it it's kind of hard to not drink it everyday..you will find yourself looking for it..there is something about it that is different when you drink hot chocolate or milk..i got used to it for awhile because my family always drink it a lot so it's always there..but nowadays i try to moderate my drinking coffee to once a day because they say it is not good if you drink too much of it...also i experienced that when i drink too much coffee in a day i have difficulty sleeping later on so i only drink in the morning after waking up..

hello, srjac!
I like coffee. But i'm not addicted to it. I don't drink coffee often because it can cause me stomach aches, headaches and hyperactive-ness. I have trouble sleeping when i drink coffee. that's why i only drink it sometimes.
i don't order expensive coffee anymore, unless there is a special occasion. I believe that coffee is not essential in life though it can be useful in times when we are very very sleepy.
