i firmly believe that actions speak louder than words..though many of us here always say "i love you" to our love ones..but when was the last time you showed your love to the one that holds your heart?
me? i showed it to my partner last september..we were together for only few hours..but i gave her a customized note..i wrote the magic word and placed it in a baby's feeding bottle, with a short note on the tag of it..i know it was kinda simple..but it was all i can do in a short period of time and a limited budget..
how about you?when was your last time and how did you do it?

Well I think there is no particular day to show our love to our parents. I showed them my love everyday by being a good daughter to them and making them feel I love them and is so concern about their health. There is nothing worth the money or any material things to show our love to our parents.

I do my best to show my children and husband that I love them each and every day. As you stated, actions speak louder than words, and each day, I do those little things, like having one-on-one conversations with each of them and really listening to what they have to say, or giving them an unexpected hug....those little things are the things that mean the most in life. Yes, some of those bigger things create wonderful memories that last for years to come, but the little, everyday things that we do to show that we love someone are the things that make the biggest difference.
If there is one lesson I have learned in life, it is to never take those that you love for granted...do not assume that they will always be there when you decide to take time out of your busy schedule for them....they can be gone in an instant, and once they are gone, they are gone and all you can do is hope that while you had them near, you made them feel loved by you.

Every day to me is an opportunity to show love. I can show it in every little way of doing thoughtful things for him like making a cup of his favorite hot chocolate or fresh fruit juice. I also show love to my son every day by preparing his favorite dish so that each time he goes back home from work he'd really be delighted as he enters the kitchen and smells the savory dish still hot on the stove.

I love my partner very much once but now we break up and lost contact so I couldn't show anything to him.

I try to show my love every day in some way especially with my husband and kids. Whether it be through a grand gesture planing a surprise party/dinner/date night or through the simple every day things like a much needed foot rub after a long day or just being willing to scrub my hubby's back when he has had to work in some serious muck. I agree that saying "I love you " is easy but I also do try to make a point to say it to each member of my family when they leave the house and before bed. The recent loss of my Dad reminded me of how important these simple gestures can mean to us when we look back. The last thing I did before my Dad passed was to run back in the house on my way to the bus station (going on vacation with my daughter) to get 1 more hug for the road. I will never forget that hug and am so glad I made the time to go get it.
Great topic

I never stopped showing my love to the one I love.
So,there is no definite time when and or where and how I showed my love.
I am showing it every minute and each time I got the chance.

The thing is they don't care much about the price Nd the method, it's actually the sincerity that counts the most. I guess what you did is just great! Very creative and it's sweet... I must say good job!

When you love someone every day to show love.
because a small gesture can replace many words.
do not have to say and they just love to show it.
I try to show it every day.
example by massage was yesterday to cheer my husband because he likes it a lot.
interesting discussion.
nice day!

oh that's so cute and sweet of you..
i think by just saying i love him and being faithful to him is the evidence of my true love or it's my way of showing how i love him..
i always make an extra effort for him, i just can't mention what i did when he was still here in the phils, too private! ahahaha
good to see that you're so active...
