They pay as long as you meet their criteria and write about something that are of interest for the website, so no, they don't pay for every review, but if you read the rules, it's not that hard to get paid. Full price is 1.70 now I think, if your review isn't good/interesting enough for that they might buy it for bulk rate which I think is 0.30. And they pay at once when you've reached pay-out, but depending on how good you are that might take some time :-)
