Did anyone ever see Super 8?

I wanted to see this when it was in theaters but I never went. Now that it was out on dvd I was thinking about renting it since tomorrow night my boyfriend and I will probably go out to dinner and then rent a movie and watch it.
I don't know if anything good is out right now so I don't know what to rent. Was Super 8 any good? Or are there any other good movies out on dvd or theaters?

So, did you go and watch (rent) it?
I remember going to the theater to watch this. I was just going with some friends and the movie was not my choice. I remember not knowing anything about the movie, and not being able to shake off the image of the motel as I went inside.
But I was pleasantly surprised as it was relatively good!

No..we ended up renting Beastly lol. I guess my boyfriend heard Super 8 wasn't very good and he didn't want to see it. But then we noticed Beastly and we both wanted to see it..it turned out to be really good. I still want to see Super 8 though

i did go to see super 8 in theaters, and i actually really liked it.
i dont know what kind of movies you like but i would recommend it.
but i honestly couldnt tell you what other movies are out lol sorry.

Thanks! I'll watch just about anything. The only type of movies I don't really like are sci-fi movies like Star Wars and stuff like that. So far everyone is saying that this movie was good, so I think we'll watch it :)

Everything in this movie is good. From animation, action and story, all is good. Your money will not be wasted when you rent this movie.

My husband went to see this when it was in the theaters but it didn't look appealing to me so I didn't go. When he got back from the movies he couldn't say enough good things about it, so when it came out on DVD I agreed to finally watch it with him. I'm so glad I did. It's a very good movie, w/ a lot of action scenes, but most especially there is a very touching, moving story-line. So my advice to you is, yes it most definitely is worth watching.

Thank you, I think I'll probably rent this now. If it didn't even look appealing to you and you ended up liking it, then I'm sure I'll probably like it because I thought it looked good lol. I just wasn't sure if I'd like it or not so I thought I'd ask.

I already watched this film and it is nice.I will never go into the details of the movie for you to really watch it.You should try to watch it with your boyfriend.

i saw this movie in the theater and it was really good, it was like watching a clasical movie like back to the future or indiana jones

yeah..i have seen this movie..
the train wrecked is the best part..the best train wrecked ever recorded in motion picture history......
the rest of the movie sucks..

Yes I got to see this film a few months back. I just downloaded it on torrent. It's an okay movie for me.
