What does it mean if we remember our dreams often?

i do not think there is something to it... there are just some people who do remember their dreams better than others. I think it has something to do with your memory retention. if you are able to remember your dreams, that is quite great because you can have them interpreted.

I really do think that only the really, really vivid dreams are something that we remember. Of course, when we remember dreams, we tend to analyze a lot of it. You just wonder about of those dreams that we are going to really remember. There just has to be a reason why we are just in fact remembering those dreams. I think that really when we remember dreams, they might be trying to tell us something. Well even more so than usual. I think that most dreams do tell us something. Most likely how messed up our thoughts are going to be. There are times however when something sticks out when we dream, we remember it. If we remember it more often, then our subconscious mind is really hard at work solving something.
