Hi i found the Best Shoes Ever..
It feel so cool to run with them, it have a great stability mechanism and Shock absorber and they are free!!!
I am talking about Barefoot Running!
I try it after i read some articles and researches that said that barefoot running is the best way to avoid injury and running shoes dont really do it.
Any way i feel good after it, i ran on the sea shore and only for 15 min and not for 60 like i always run.. But this was the first time i am running Barefoot

Thanks a lot, but i am not the luckiest guy in the world, you are a little bit Exaggerate, every one can go barefoot running, all you need to do is some short exercises before..

I know some minimalist (barefoot) runners and I'm not sure I could do it. Unlike the majority of my running friends, I don't have pain and problems when I run, and not really much after aside from normal soreness or being exhausted after a long and/or intense race.
I have good shock absorber shoes - Nike air max, and I've been a Nike wearer for years. I'm a neutral runner so I don't need stability, just cushioning. I'm not a sprinter, I'm a distance runner so sometimes I run for more than an hour. I cannot imagine actually running barefoot - I do go around barefoot when I'm inside because I prefer it, but for running I HAVE to have good shoes. the last thing I would want would be an injury due to too much pounding and mileage.

First i would say that as long as you feel good and don't have injuries it is the best and keep going..
But i felt the same and than one day i start feel some pain my knees and feet
i went to a Doc that tell me i have a bit plate foot but every thing would be o.k. if i will keep running and try avoiding the pain
Than i try some shoes that didn't help much, and now some days a go i read so research that show that running shoes ain't prevent injuries

Our feet weren't made to wear shoes! My feet, when I was younger and could run and walk long distances, always felt better without shoes.
I have seen people running in the street because the surface is said to be better for the feet than sidewalks but they are endangering themselves. If they would take off their shoes and run on natural surfaces like grass or sand they would be much healthier and feel better!

It could be good in Summer, but in Winter we need a little comfort, it is why Ötzi had straw in his boots 4500 years ago.
By the way, walking on a beach barefoot is not an exploit. I don't remember to have seen people swimming with shoes. If you want to be in the Guiness you should better try to run on the sea shore with a pair of flippers.

Yes, barefoot running is the best shoe for our body because it's a natural shock absorber. For people who wants to try it for the first time, do it on a proper running track where it's free of stones, particles that can hurt our feet. Barefoot running is different from running with shoes, we need time to adjust because of the direct impact to the ground, with every stride we take. My bf and brother are already running marathons, barefooted.
