It's 1:30am here and I can't sleep until now. I can't understand why I feel sleepy when I'm willing to learn, everytime I want to recall my study. But everytime when I feel lazy to learn, I can't even sleep.. It's so disturbing.. I hope I can read something now, but my brain is rejecting to do so..

Really? Maybe it's that regret of not studying and when you do get some studying your brain just wants to shut itself off. I can't sleep when I regret something, I just keep thinking about it until I have to go and address it or else I won't get any peace of mind. I actually have a casual test tomorrow which I know I'll fail anyway but I don't want my teacher to look down on me but I just can't be bothered, I just want to mylot right now not study some maths equations. I feel a little regretful but I still have tomorrow to study in the morning. But it's pretty late at 1:30 am, you should gt some sleep or else your brain won't be a happy brain! I tend to be quite moody and irritated if I don't get enough sleep. My eyes tend to sting and I get headaches so better just sleep. When I can't sleep, I just think a lot, sometimes I build a story in my brain and eventually I fall sleep. A new story every night or I'll just continue where I left off, yes I'm pretty much reading a book but through images in my brain.

When I am studying and going to school, I try very hard not to come on MyLot because it's a distraction for me. You need to prioritize. You might be worried about something, and you need to figure it out before it makes you sick.

Ask yourself that what you want to read now like articles, romantic books etc.First try to read those interesting books etc and then be habitual for that and then read your subject so that your brain receives it and get habituated.
