Can we withdraw money from an unverified Paypal account?

I'm wondering how to withdraw money from my paypal account since it's not verified yet. Is there any free way to verified our Paypal account without Credit Card or something like that? I'm 19 now and don't have any income to make Credit Card..
Can anyone help me? How to withdraw money from my Paypal account?

The answer is a big NO. You need an verified paypal account in order to withdraw your money to paypal account. In fact, I am 19 and i am having my own bank account. So i just gave my bank account details and now my paypal is verified. Therefore, I am having no problems in withdrawing my money from my paypal to my bank account.

Really it's only need bank account? Because I have 3 bank accounts in my name. I think I must have credit card to verify it. Can you please tell me the steps to verify it?

If your bank is a visa type. You need to link it to verified your paypal account then you can withdraw your money after you verified it.

No, if you are having your bank account then you dont need a credit card in order to verify your paypal account. In fact, I did it verify from my bank account only. Now i think it must be for all the countries, or may be only for Indians like me. But better you contact paypal for this.

your from Indonesia and I don't know what banks there that able to verify in your paypal account. If you want to verify it get a Visa credit card. Here in philippines we can get EON visa credit card for as low 6$. Try to ask 1ndonesian member here . I'm sure they can give you some advice. Just be patience ^^.

Yes I'm so happy that Philippines have two cheap ways to verify our paypal account here. I'm sure you can find a way . Just keep searching and asking;)

Really? How lucky you are.. Making Credit Card here is not as easy as in the Philippines. There's minimum income requirement to make Credit Card. Because of that, it's not easy for me making credit card because I'm a student, I have no Income.

Okay, I also from Indonesia. I have verified paypal....I use virtual credit card to get verification from paypal...first, you must buy vcc on indo-vcc, just only $10. Very trust site, I bough from them.
Then, you will give credit card number and vcc number. You must wait 3 days until expuse code show up on indo-vcc. Paypal ask you for expuse code. Just follow the instruction by indo-vcc.
