What kind of foods and excersies should I do to get rid of tummy fat? I had a baby 10 months ago, I can't seem to get rid of that extra weight in the tummy.

I think it is better to have a regular exercise or do a bit of walking/jogging every morning. I need to trim some tummy fats too, I haven't got any kid yet but I love eating and this is why I have this. sadly it's hard for me to trim it down.

Hi,
First of all, let me wish you soon regain your lovely figure.
Try to go for some aerobics daily. If you can follow a routine of sit ups daily, that would give you tremendous results.
Start with ten sit ups a day and increase it by 05 every day.

That's a good suggestion. It sounds like something I can manage.

Yes, I think doing excersizes regularly will help getting rid of the tummy fat. I suppose with a baby to take of, you have to stay most of the time at home. So, you have to find a good exercize that suits you that you can do at home. Once in a while, if you have the chance, it would be good to go jogging around the house.

do you know that belly dancing is a very enjoyable and effective form of exercise? i love belly dancing and it has helped me get rid of my bulging tummy. what i love about this exercise is that the moves are very graceful and sensual and it does not make me look like a body builder like what happens if i lift weights. what's nice about this exercise is that you can do it alone or in the gym with your friends. give it a try!!!

If you want to reduce body fat, you need to start consuming fewer calories than you expend on a daily basis. In other words, have a calorie deficit. In time, your body will start converting fat into useable energy, and by doing so, fat stores will begin to vanish across your body. But they won't just magically disappear from one particular place.
When it comes to abdominal fat, remember, there's no way to eliminate that fat by itself without taking a holistic, whole-body approach. In other words, there are no fat loss shortcuts. And even if you try to take a shortcut by undergoing liposuction, for example, you're still going to end up storing body fat somewhere else and it will probably look even worse than when it was on your abdomen or hips.
So if you want to get rid of body fat, do it the right way: through diet and exercise, and not through cosmetic surgery or gimmicks that claim to eliminate fat from one specific area of your body. Fat loss takes real work, and even though there are some helpful appetite control tools available right now (like hoodia gordonii supplements), there are no magic pills that will do the work for you.

Well I'm also trying to get rid of my "muffin top". So I have really done lots of searching and tryed different things to see what works and what doesn't. Funny thing is I did a lot of sit ups but wasn't getting results. Don't get me wrong if you get into a routine and really go hard soon enough you'll get some kind of results, but who wants to wait? Not me!! :) Running is your best bet. I didn't believe it until I started doing it myself. I stopped but started up again ready to lose unwanted fat. I run and follow after with a small yet intensive workout plan. A workout plan I came up with on my own. You don't need to hire a trainer or anything. I just figured out what I wanted to change and looked up the best exercises for it on the internet and got started! Even if you don't have time for the a workout then running alone definetly helps. As for healthy foods to eat here are some. Apples, peanut butter, veggies and any kind of nuts. I hope it works for you!

Hello there slstewart18! I also wanted to get rid of my tummy fat. I will share to you my regimen in losing my tummy fat. Try to drink Green Tea everyday, You can have some crunches or you can try to have some plank. But the over all secret in getting rid of tummy fat is jogging or having some cardio exercises twice or thrice a week.
