I know that human is 90% water and that we cannot live without water. If you will read the internet there are countless readings about the benefits of water. But have you heard about this water therapy wherein you need to drink 1.5 liters of water upon waking up and before you even wash your face? You also need to wait 1 hour before you take your first solid food and that you have not taken any solid food before you drink the 1.5 liters of water. The reading also cited that much of the ordinary diseases and some major sickness like cancer, diabetes and long time hypertension will most likely be healed within days of this practice. I haven't tried it, have you? How did you do it? Can you share to us your experience?

i have not heard of drinking 1.5 liters of water upon waking up in the morning. what i know is to drink 8 glasses of water everyday to keep our bodies properly hydrated and healthy. i would probably have a bloated stomach and not have an appetite for food anymore if i follow this style of water therapy. PalePurple...have you heard of drowning because of drinking excessive amount of water?

I haven't try it but I read that after a few days of doing water therapy, you’ll see a noticeable glow on your skin, healthier eyes and hair. Water is beneficial to our hair in the sense that it keeps our hair deeply moisturized and full of life. If you have noticed your hair dry, dull and lacking volume, it’s just a way for your hair to tell you that you’re not drinking enough water to nourish it. They say that if yoy try water therapy you’ll see that your hair texture improves everyday! You can also accompany this with the use of safe and effective hair volumizing products that will help your hair achieve a youthful glow and its needed volume. Aside from keeping the skin and hair healthy, water therapy also helps in the treatment of various diseases such as headache, body ache, problems in the heart system, arthritis, epilepsy, diabetes, constipation, eye diseases, menstrual disorders, throat disorders, diarrhea, vomiting gastritis, kidney and urinary tract problems, asthma, bronchitis, tuberculosis, meningitis and a whole lot more!

That seems interesting. I haven't tried but I would appreciate to hear some insights with those who have tried. It could be the best thing to the diabetic patients and many others.
