I remember when I was younger and use to go out to a bar, I never would drink much at all...during the course of about 4 hours if I finished 3 wine coolers that was a lot... IT really angers me to hear people say, I don't know how I drove home last night and where did I park my car....ooooohhhh thats terrible.. I've always said that whenever a car accident happens and DWI is the cause its normally the the other person who is either injured the most or killed...which is sad sad... Have fun for the holidays but please curb your drinking if you will be driving....

NO one drinks at our house. I may have had three drinks in my entire life. I always told people that I do not have to drink to act stupid. I do it fine all on my own.

Hi gardengerty, you are funny...Its funny you say that because I use to tell my friends the exact thing...I don't need anything to make me act stupid...I do that pretty good all by myself without any additives.. Continue to enjoy your life...Be safe!!!!

Good topic. I agree too. If you're going to be drinking..You best have a sober cab lined up. I have never drank and drive but I know people that have and it always irritates me so bad. Some days I wish something would happen to them while drunk driving (without harming anyone else) just so it would scare them into quitting DOING that! People are so dumb. I am lucky in the sense that I have a lot of people who are willing to pick me up. I live in the cities too, so I could call a cab, take the bus, or even walk - I'm within walking distance from about 8+ different bars. LOL. It's nice to have options.

I like to drink socially, but I never drink if I am to drive. Most of the time, I just stay at my friend´s house for the night or I have someone bring me home. I don´t get drunk: there are ways to drink and it is something that one can learn (it is as easy or difficult as to learn to eat a well balanced meal).

No never had, never will. I was likely scared off from doing it at a younger age, due to family members stumbling around like fools when they have had a few too many drinks. If they are lucky that is. I'd like to keep my wits about me, thank you very much. Well at least whatever wits that I fact have. But still best to remain sober in these times for various reasons. I never could really stand the smell of the stuff to be honest with you. If I don't like the smell of something, there's a pretty good chance I'm not going to like the taste of it either. After all when I don't like the smell of something, the taste is not going something that I enjoy. And I do agree that those who drink and drive are really rolling the dice. If you want to drink in your own house, than so be it, but when you get behind the wheel of the car, that disturbs me.

Hey, drink and drive that is advisable through television, and from school million years ago already, but still many people won't keep their mind on it. Still, many people still do so. That is why accidents always happen, and many people got killed because of it. I hope people finally come to their senses, and eventually understand the danger of it.

I do drink occassionally. I am not a drunkard. I have my own limit for the drinks. If I attained that level then I will not drink. Frequently I will stop drinking for one or two months.I will never drive after drinking.
