I'm a Nurse! I wanna work abroad so soon!

Can you guys tell me ways or anything, nursing stuff, about migration, anything , etc, etc. My target is Canada. I just passed the Licensure examination last July this year. I don't have working experience yet but I have a 1 year contract in the hospital here in the Philippines that will start next year March. What's the best thing to do while waiting?
