we all wanted to have a healthy body but i don't think too many of us do indeed do what it takes to have a healthy body. cause it is not easy to life a healthy lifestyle and it is quite tiring to maintain a daily activity also and because of our busy schedule and need to earn money that we are not able to give time to our health any more. making it impossible for most of us to spend enough time for exercise and preparting the right kind of food.

I believe that we need to put a lot of thought anc conern in our healthcare. Good health is not always something that we gain back once it is lost to us. Taking the time to give our health the proper attention is something that should not go unnoticed.

Well, I give importance to my health, as much as possible. My days at work are so tiring and exhausting. So, by the time I get back home in the evenings, I am pretty much down. But, I still try to go out to the park for a jog to refresh myself. That helps physical as well as mental health.

Actually it's a mistake to think that way. All you need is to know how to eat.
Delicious food are usually high in fat, cholesterol, sugar and/or salt.
Rule of thumbs is to eat them with fresh vegetables or salad. Don't put anything in your salad. Secondly eat a little of each food you like, but limit yourself.
If you can't prepare food, get the restaurant to do it. Simply ask them to add more of the vegetable dressing is one way to do it.
A buffet might be a good idea, they should have salad on servings.
Depending on non-chemicals supplement is also another way of doing it.

I think that our health is something that far too many of us take for granted until it's too late. The thing with health is that we just assume that it's always going to be there and it's only when something bad happens to us that we realise that this is not the case, and that we can't always rely on our bodies to work in the way that we want them to without actually doing something about it ourselves in order to get fitter. I have lost a lot of weight this year, and I feel much fitter. I plan to take even better care of myself in 2012.

hello,
yeah, we dont have enough time for that, I dont know. Maybe that is not what I used to do. Even though I know that health is really important especially nowadays that we have to be aware of everything. In our country we it is really hard to prepare a healthy foods and it is kinda expensive.

I have always been dedicated to maintaining a good physique. I always eat small portions of everything because I don't want to gain extra pounds. I am very vain and I need to feel confidence in myself. No matter how busy I am with my online work, I see to it that I have sometime to walk. I often do it in malls especially during the rainy season. I have what you call a pedometer to measure the number of steps I have taken daily. It is not only for walking but for keeping healthy. I also exercise my brain by continuously acquiring knowledge and information. I also try to free myself from the stress and tension of day to day living. My health is very important to me not only physically but emotionally. I also keep my spiritual side healthy by constant conversation with the Lord no matter where I may be.
