Do you use reader or subscribe?

I want to ask opinion on how you read your fellow bloggers' blog? Do you add them in your blogroll and read them as and when it updated? or do you subscribe to it? I myself subscribe using the Google Reader, and I consolidate all the blogs post into one reading place. The only inconvenience is that I got to go to the blog page if I want to put my comment How about you?
