My dog eats my plants, our shoes, door mop and always everything. My wife bought plastic shoes box to keep all our shoes which are beside our door. my dogs eat a lot...apple, banana, papaya, bread but no chicken. well, not everything.
how can i make him stop eating our plants? our garden is 70% desert now.

we keep him in a cage at night only. He's a small dog. Like a beagle. We keep him in at night because we are afraid that someone might took him. He's a type of dog that befriend with stranger

we cannot cage him during day time. if we chain him the whole morning...it will not be healthful for a dog.

he's ok...the vet said, his fine...now...he stop eating our carabao grass and concentrate to our hot chili plant

It might be because it's growing teeth? How old is your dog?
If it's a young dog:
Try to collar him somewhere else away from plants and shoes. Get him an artificial bones (made from unwanted clothes.)

our dog is going 3years old. at night, he stay in a cage but we let him roam around our garden at daytime. we will place a gate at the backyard so the dog stays at the back. tomorrow, my wife and i will buy carabao grass, some plants and walks to rehab our backyard. we will place his house there too.

Ok your Dog eats plants because she or he feel awful she feels something strange
with her body maybe she is feeling sick maybe she eats something that becomes her body feels not so good! Dogs and Cats first remedy or first aid is to eat grass but since there where no grass available around your yard they have no choice but to eat your plant! Now after eating plants they will blow it up again together with the toxin they intake! I hope this will help you.

thanks a lot. i feed him with predegree, fruits and rice. but sometimes i saw him eating something on the floor maybe that makes him feel sick

woaaahhh.. what kind of dos is that??
i think you have to bring your dog to a veterinarian. that is very weird case. my dogs eat grass for their medicine but to eat everything he sees.. wait a minute that is unnatural.
