Since we couldn't afford to go on a honeymoon when we got married my husband & I went on a cruise for our first anniversary. I had never been on a cruise before so I was very excited. Well one day we were in the dinning-room eating our lunch when I heard someone sneeze. I looked over to see who it was(I don't know what made me look over, but I did nonetheless)that sneezed & I saw this man pick up one of the fancy napkins from off of the table(the ones made out of material not paper)& proceed to blow his nose into it. I couldn't believe what I had just seen. I thought I was going to be sick. To make matters worse he got up & left it on the table for one of the waiters or waitresses to clean up along with his dirty dishes. I couldn't believe how inconsiderate that man was, not even caring that someone had to actually touch that thing. I thought that was so nasty. What about you? Do any of you have any gross stories to tell?

You think that's gross? I saw someone blow their nose in their hands, shake it off to make the most drop and then rubbing the hands together to dry what was left.. I still can't get it out of my head and I rewind it every time I hear someone blow their nose.. :[

Oh goodness your right that is worse. That's beyond nasty. What is wrong with these people?! You would think that they were not taught any manners at all.

Manners are manner.. let's say he had none.. let's say nobody ever saw him. What kind of person would do that to himself, even if not seen. It's not sanitary, it's.. ewww..
Oh and another eww.. is my cousin. e has a strange habit of eating minced meat and jelly or honey sandwiches.. That combination doesn't really agree with my stomach even if I just hear about it. When I see him eat it it's even worse.

That is grouse, and so inconsiderate. Especially when on a Cruise of all things. I would wonder what he has done elsewere, but not wanting to really know. The thing that grouses me out is people who deliberately are always picking their nose, and do not care about who sees it. For me that is considered grouse, or worse yet, the ones who then eat them.
Another grouse thing is people who tend to always smell like Urin or poop and as the night goes on the smell gets even worse. And then you hear comments from them like I ran out of depends so I have nothing on. This is coming from someone I currently work with who is only 58 and to me this is just grouse and wrong.

OMG!!! That is so gross! I think I would have thrown up right then and there! That is so nasty! It would have been bad enough if he had done that at the nice dinner table in public with a paper napkin, but WITH a cloth napkin!?! Gross! Can you imagine the stuff those employees have to put up with all kinds of rude gross people with their bad habits!?!
My son told me one time he was in a pizza shop waiting to pick up a pizza to go and he could see into the kitchen where a man was making a pizza, he saw that man reach his hand down into his pants and scratched himself and then went right back to making the pizza! He didn't even go wash his hands! Makes you wonder how much sickening things go on in food places! So Gross!

Did your son still order the pizza? I wouldn't have. I remember back in the day when employees were to work with food they were required to wear a hair net & plastic gloves on their hands at all times. Nowadays, no more gloves & no more hair nets. Honestly I think I'm better off not knowing what goes on in some of these kitchens in these fast-food places/restaurants. What you don't know can't hurt you....Well I hope not anyway .... LOL
