Is Opera 11.52 same with CashGopher?

I already uninstalled CashGopher two weeks ago, but Windows warned me just this morning about potentially unwanted software. It's CashGopher again. I am getting confused because CashGopher is no longer on my list of installed programs. I also checked my CashGopher earnings. I don't have any earnings for the past two weeks. It means that CashGopher is no longer installed, but what is this warning from Windows? I have attached the screen shot of the warning message.

Windows Defender (and a number of other AV products) gives this message although there is nothing harmful about CashGopher. It's likely that, even though you uninstalled it, it left entries in the registry. Either that or you still have the Install program in your hard disk. The remedy is simple if you no longer want CashGopher. Allow Windows Defender to do what it wants and delete or quarantine the things it has found. You should have no further messages.

Opera 11.52 is a browser software (the latest is actually 11.60). It has nothing to do with CashGopher and, as far as I know, CashGopher doesn't have anything to do with Opera. I also recently suddenly got a warning from Windows Defender about CashGopher, which I have been running successfully and without any problems for well over a year. I think it likely that a recent Windows update made some changes to Defender such that it now checks for certain actions which it didn't do before. Several other people have reported the same error recently.

I'll uninstall this Opera. LOL! I can't remember I have this software installed. I'll also ask the technician who changed the motherboard of this netbook if he has something to do with this software.
