Which is the best pain reliever, Paracetamol or Asprin. I often suffer from migrane headache. I've been taking paracetamol 500 mg whenever I get headache. I want to switch to Disprin-a soluble Asprin available in India. Which is the better pain reliever? how about side effects?

Better you consume a lot raw cabbage, and it has no side effects

I don´t have paracetamol at home since I learned that there are bad side effects for people with any kind of liver damage. For me, Aspirin has worked wonders and if you have stomach problems, you can have the more expensiveone that has a special coat. But for me, there´s nothing better for a headache than to lay down for a while and try to relax listening to very soothing music. If you can take a small nap it is better still.

All over-the-counter pain relievers are best, if it is effective to you. Self-medication is fine if you know all the dos and dont's before taking a pain pill. Always consult to your doctor regarding from your migraine. Most pain relievers don't take effect from a migraine, that is why, you need a doctor for check-ups and you will be prescribed for a pain reliever that is best for you.
