Hello there! I worked in AT&T for quite some time. I started as an agent and had a full blast training of two months. We were advised by our trainer that we should be hard core in selling AT&T's product. I was a bit nervous when I was still a trainee because I've never been to a sales campaign. I also go with the easy ones. Been into customer service, ESL and order taking campaigns. I am not gonna but I always study everything during our training and aced almost everything. I was the one who was first certified by the client. I took in calls for more than two months and I'm always number one in posted sales. In AT&T we don't focus on sales, we cater to all customer's issue. We took care of their billing and some technical issues. After two months of taking care of the customer's account I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Coach. I was so happy when I was promoted since I have a training background and I know the account very well I can really coached all the agents. So there! How I wish I can still go back there. It is stressful but when you see agents passing their QA's it's an accomplishment. Good day everyone!
