Earn with Affiliate Pages & PTP Rotator View

Hello, is i buy a Affiliate Pages then can put in PTP rotation ADs?
Ad Affiliate Pages earn $0.20 CPM and
I can buy PTP Rotator View at 5,000 Views - $0.55, that is 0.1 CPM
If i show my Affiliate Pages with PTP Rotator View,
I can earn 0.1 CPM without doing anythings.
Am I right ?!

You don't say what site you are using, so how can anyone be expected to answer this?
The proper place to ask this question would be in the site's own forum or by using the Contact or Support link, which most good sites will have.
