whats the meaning of the stars that appear beside teh avatars in MYLOT

everytime i long in to MYLOT i see on some avatars that they have stars on they side and i wanted to know whats the stars mean.

The stars with the numbers in them are the rating system. it is done out of 100 if you hover your mouse over the star they show the rating for that user. That's why it is important to rate discussions and responses in that you are involved with.
