i want to buy a new house in the city.

in our country,buying a new house in the city is a new trend.liking many young people in the country yearn for city life.It's no easy thing to buy a new house in the city.i should rely on my own efforts to realize my expections.i will definite goal to shoot at,i have a house in my hometown,when young i want to try new way of life in the city.i believe my dream will come true.

It is nice to have our own house but it is not an easy task. Almost in all the countries, the cost of a house is too high that an ordinary office clerk may have to work 100 years or more to pay off the mortgage if only his 30% disposable income is used to buy. And it is just a basic house with no renovation, no furniture...
I am not sure if city life is something we should look forward to, because with its high living costs, the quality of life in a city would be very much lowered if you compare with the country sides. But again, what is quality of life is a matter different with every individual. Polluted air in the city, never-ending traffic jams, people is always on a rush, pressurized working environment ... do we want all that? My dream is to live in a small town where life is at a slower pace. I love nature and I like fresh air. Wish me luck if ever one day I will make my dream come true.

in my life now, i even want a new house i want to have own but the problems is no work and also hard to find some are expensive..
