When elderly eat chocolate or ice cream it is learnt that they have a tendency to retain childhood properties. They tend to be young at heart. But did you know that eating Chocolate is presumed to be very good for a healthy living as well as a heart. Some one said its chocolate for my heart. I started eating them, i now love to have them as and when our kids buy them from the market. Rather its become a habit for me now.

Hi,dhawanbm. Actually I haven't heard about that, but it sounds good information anyway. I only heard that chocolate can stimulate in producing the endorphin hormone that could make human feel happy and more relax after consuming it so it can reduce the stress of them, further it can make him live longer and stay young of course

There's nothing wrong in eating chocolates but it should be done in moderation. Lately, some or the other research is published in the newspapers and other medical journals everyday and each one of them is either approving a product or disapproving it. For the lay reader it is becoming ever confusing to decide what to eat and what not to eat. As far as industries with significant impact are concerned, they have their lobbies to push their case. They even conduct paid surveys which endorse their products but it is the smaller businesses which get short-shrifted. A couple of decades ago, eating habits of the man on the street depended more on his financial capability than any other factor. But things have changed so drastically during the last few years that even people with decent incomes think twice before buying something to eat. Today chocolate may be a good thing to eat but tomorrow some obscure survey may condemn the habit of eating chocolates. However, eating chocolates should never become a habit, if not for anything else then, at least, for the sake of our teeth.
