cairalyssa: For the record, I am a guy and for that reason I believe it is important for us to know each other - I mean between guys and girls - because it has been increasingly difficult for both genders to understand their opposite type.
Most of the time, the guy that loves you will not say things like "I love you like a love song", or whatever, but instead doing it by their actions. When you see guys constantly approaching for you for small talks, that could mean something is in store for you. Sometimes it is more on getting courage before popping you up with the ultimate question.
If your guys don't say "I love you" so much, watch his body language. Sometimes, body language speaks louder than words.

i think there are 2 type of love, one is conditional or the other way around. which ever that is, as long as the person enjoy being in the relation and it make both of them feel complete about them self, i think that is love.
Its true we will know that the guy really love you when all he concern about is your happiness and safety. We all women can notice by how they act ;)

For me, sometimes love can be blinding. You can still love people who loved you, either unconditionally or conditionally, without even caring whether the side effect might include heart break.
Good to know that women can understand that. It has been very difficult for us guys now.

I have been married for 21 years. There were times I did not think I liked him, BUT we decided before we got married that we were in it for the long haul. Love is a choice. I believe it starts out as that mushy happy feeling that we all start out with. Then that puppy love wears off and as a wise lady told me, its like you are sitting on a fence and you either fall into that deep love that lasts or you don't. i know at times we are all unlovable, but i believe it is a choice we make.

yeah its true.. some people defines unconditional love is pure love and some people are not like tht. it is as long it makes you happy and complete. As a women, i think we convince ourself that he really love you by instinct even sometimes the reality is hard. thank you for your response dear! :)

Well, in the beginning of any relationship, everyone seems to be good and loving. But time can only answer this question of your's. Everyone's experience about how they understand the guy who loves them will be different. It differs according to the personality of the guy too. If the guy is silent and smooth type, then he would try to get it from you first. I mean he'll wait for you to take that initial step. If the guy is good at expressing his feelings, the he might be open about it! If the guy is filmy, then he will try to enact his feelings. See, it will vary from person to person. so it depends on whom you are expecting it from.
