Do you believe that tomato is good to your skin?

Greetings to all mylotters, I am pretty sure that tomato is good to my skin. Tomato has a cooling and astringent properties, though I don't eat tomato often but majority says that tomato helps reducing skin problem like pimples or acne. In other words, by eating tomatoes you're enhancing your skin's ability. Tomato is not only good to your skin it is also good to your heart.

Not only tomato that is good for your skin. There are still other fruits make your skin healthy. They are bananas, aloe vera, and avocado. All these three can be eaten. The more you eat banana, the more you look younger. Banana is also good to strengthen your heart and make your blood preasure low.

Tomatoes - Tomatoes can protect our skins..
There is a magical component in tomatoes that research is beginning to show could protect our skin from UV (Ultra Violet) damage from sunburn. It's called lycopene and it is a very effective antioxidant. About 85% of lycopene in the western diet is obtained only from tomatoes and the best place to find it is in tomato paste. As a defence against UV rays, the body tans when exposed to moderate levels of radiation. This helps to block UV penetration and prevent damage to the vulnerable skin tissues deeper down. This doesnot mean that you should stop using sun block but it's good to know that simply by increasing tomatoes in your diet you can help protect your skin from the daily sun damage which happens without us even realising.

hi friend yes tomato is good for skin coz it contains lycopene-a flavonoid antioxident is good for skin and this prevents damage of skin fromultra-voilet rays.tomato is also good for eyes and heart as it contains zeaxanthin which controls cholesterol.tomato helps to reduce weight and cholesterol. i would like to suggest to drink tomato juice everyday in breakfast either can take in meal and dinner too drink juice instead of water in middle of meal if you have a habbit of drinking water thank you have a great day!!!!!!!!!!!

fruits and vegetables is good for our health... So i suggest keep eating more of them, plus take some vit. E if you want glowing skin! Combine it with vitamin c. You get immunity booster. And delays aging to!
