The perfect symbol of the Obama administration. Form over function, based on lies and false rhetoric, a waste of money that nobody wants. A complete disaster and money pit.

Hi Ted, Great discussion. I saw the commercial for them and felt like if I had to ride in one I'd not feel very safe. Come to think of it, I don't feel safe with Obama in charge either. Miss you my friend, how's it been?

Crash tests have produced at least 1 fire a week.

There was a report today of a Chevy Volt owner in Madison who was stranded because of a blown fuse.

It's worse than that. That fire could start a week after the crash when you're casually driving with children in the back seat. At least with a gasoline powered car if it's going to be on fire, it'll happen right after the accident when you're already hurrying to get away from it.

The Volt and other electric cars just don't make sense to me. In order to power them you need to produce electricity and a majority of electricity in this country is made with coal--a "dirty" resource. The rest is hydroelectric, I think. So to power a nation of electric cars we would have to use coal--but we can't use coal because the prez says it produces unacceptable pollutants. So how would we power the cars?! As usual, it's all feel-good crap with no substance or thought behind it except the assumption that Americans are incredibly stupid and incapable of logical thoughts.

Apparently we're not as stupid as Obama thinks we are.. however, he is every bit as stupid as most of us think he is.

Each Chevy Volt that has been sold so far costs the taxpayers $250,000.

Hey guys, how is it going. Only on for a few minutes before I have to run. And I won't be buying a Volt anytime soon to do my running in...lol I've missed you guys here on the lot. School and internship and family have kept me busy. still no paying job but will most likely be hired in the spring when school is over.
