Is it a good time to invest in Gold or Silver?

Both Gold and silver have depreciate by around 10 % compared to one or two week ago. Do you think that it is a good time to invest in Gold and Silver now? As I know, high percentage of silve have been consumed in electronic industry and world is short of physical Gold and Silver. Lots of gold and silver end up land fill with the electronic waste and not recovered. Will Gold and Silver shoot to sky high price again?

Good question. 
I was wondering the same thing as all of that confuses me to no end. I don't have any clue on if it will shoot high or not, I wish I could be a fortune teller and let you know.

Sure,the price of gold and silver have increased by around 15% compared to one month ago,and there seems a huge benefits of the international situation on the gold and silver price increase.
