need one advice

hi dear friends its been like 2 years that i have a problem with my stomac and the doctor told me its a begining of gastrite(something like this) and actually i am living in a foreign country far from all my familly member none of them knows about now i getting better and i thinking if i need to tell them of not ?
cause my mother first she is always worried in anything and my father too , maybe they will be worried too much and that will disturb my study,
so what i am suppose to do ?
keep quiet wait when i am gonna meet them ?

Its better to tell them now mr brownny.,.because even if your intention is not to make them afraid.. still you lied to them. And also it is more comfortable if you have a person to tell what you are experiencing, than no one knows what you feel. I know your mother will comfort you and make you encourage to go to hospital or clinic to treat that pain..

Over the years, I've found it is better to be honest and outgoing in my relationship with family. Hiding things from mine, always backfired and got me in trouble later with them, especially family health issues. I have gastritis which I think is what you were trying to say. Mine was coming from food intolerance issues, wheat and lactose. Since I no longer eat anything with wheat in it, and I use lactaid for lactose intolerance, it has improved to the point I no longer have to take an anti-acid medication. Stress was only a minor contributor to the problem. I am sure your family would be proud of you since you are doing your best to take care of yourself. You cannot worry about them worrying about you, because that is their choice and not yours. I personally prefer to tell anyone things like health issues in person where they can see how well I am. Hope you get the problem under control quickly.
