What is all the controversy about the .99 cent store??

I think the reason that no one has responded to this is that your message is unclear. Are you for the .99 store or against it? Are you trying to explain .99 stores to people who do not understand them or are you wanting to know more about them? There really is no controversy regarding .99 stores...they offer lower quality goods at a cheaper price.

.well at times there rather hard to switch tags on....i tried a couple of and they still rang up .99 cents.... .or i mean if i have a 5.00 dollar bill..... if im correct i can get "up" to five items. But if i have 4.00 I cannot get five things.... so before i go i count my billfold and tell myself each time i grab something "ok....this is minus 1.00" and just keep track that way.... what did it ring up???

Ok...if you know it's a .99 cent store then why are you bothering to switch tags on anything if you know everything is .99 cents? Plus isn't switching tags on items in stores just like stealing?

Simple....listen up....1st. count your dough. if you added say up to 6.00 ...THEN do NOT grab more than 6 things, because you will go over. plus dont try to switch tags, it never works. It still rings up .99.. that gets me riled up....
