How do I loose weight

It's winter alresdy,it's so cold that i cannot help but overeat when i was faced with many different food.i worked in front of computer everyday,i do not have time to do exercise.how do i loose weight.

Well,loosing weight is the problems of most fatty people..For me ,just exercise,jogging drink water and there is vitamins that you are not like to eat but just little.....

Yes welcome always yes you can drink water before dinner and also you will also do exercise to have healthy health for you..Thank enjoy for the holiday........

you must know that it's hard to lose weight if you don't eat proper diet.. even if it's winter and you don't find time to exercise maybe you can take a little less food than your normal eating habits... drink tea first thing in the morning it may help your digestive system works faster plus if you can... just find a little time doing some exercise routine, your body tissues are getting lazy especially right after eating you just sit to do your work in the computer...
maybe you can use drink 1 glass of water 30mins before you take your meal, it will make you full instantly so you can take little amount of food
you can do it it's all in a matter of self discipline
