App buddy has me listed as family what should I do?

I have several facebook friends just app playing buddies but not my offline friends, and most of my app friends are really nice and respectful meaning they don't bother me when I'm not playing the apps
But recently I was checking my profile and one of my app buddies has me listed as family what should I do? I don't want to offend my facebook app friend but at the same time I don't feel comfortable allowing them to add me as their family when I'm not what is the best way to handle this safely without drama or offending them?

Hiya apples,
Perhaps they have done it by mistake? It does happen a couple of times if I post on there I mean just to post instead of pressing share. But I have pressed share instead without wanting to as the page sometimes jumps around all over the place.
It could have happened like that and if they are not on there all Day they may not have even noticed somebody has added me as a Friend but I don´t know who it is as the same People seem to be there all the time I can´t find anybody new lol.
I would just wait and see how they go and what they do and according to how they go about things on there act accordingly.xxx
