I'd love one of those but don't have the space!

There are some plants I would love to include in my garden but they are far too big.
If the space was available I would want a handkerchief tree (Davidia involucrata also known as the Dove Tree) a monkey puzzle tree (Araucaria araucana), a sweet chestnut, a walnut, some hazels, some magnolias and lots of big fruit trees.
If you had the space what are the big plants you would like to include?

I'd have to have the space in a heated greenhhouse, other than a certain kind of chestnut and a certain kind of walnut and hazelnut, we can't grow those things here. Trees need more than a garden. I have 10 acres so trees would be fine.
It's not so much space with me as time. Last year I was running to the Doctors in VT and sick afterward. The other is wanting what we can grow.
Besides nut trees which our soil doesn't support so I'd have to dig deep and wide to put the correct soil in. I'd love more fruit. We only have apple trees, raspberry and blackberry briars. I'd love some cold hardy prunes, more kinds of berry bushes, more kinds of apple trees. If the years would stay gentle, pear trees.
My problem hasn't been space, but time. I pray I'm healthy enough for time.
