I tell you my personal experience of my waist/belt line going from 35inch to 30inch. On top of that the bulge that is just above the navel - I think we call that the tummy, goes flat so that people as me if I am well. All this started when I got a job as a horse-keeper cleaning up stables. I could eat as much as I wanted and in fact ate much more than previous all these period and 35inch becomes 30 or and going to 29 inch!! Eurica!.

Tighten your abdominal muscle, to make it contraction from different angle, lie down on the floor and place both hand at your hand sides. Bend the legs to form a 90 degree while the second point the legs to the abdomen. At the same time, lift your back as far as you can hold. Do as mush as 10-12 times, and repeat 2-3 times a week.
It work for me, you can try it.

Do not eat in the evening. If you eat dinner, have it before 7 pm. If you think that you still need something to eat in the evening, you eat only fruit.
There are other ways of having it flat as many others suggest you do: physical exercises. Walking is the easiest to do. If you have going out of the house.Just do a sit-up regularly.
Recently I have done a lot of fasting. I mean I don't eat during the day (for the duration of 14 hours). I did it more than a month. I worked.

We have the same problem. After i gave birth my tummy is still not coming back on its shape. After eating i try to stand up for at least 30 minutes so the food that i ate can easily digest by my stomach but its still doesn't work..I will also try to less my rice.

Sometimes stress makes you fat. You need to balance your diet and never forget to do daily exercises. Indoor and outdoor exercise. Why not try, jog for one whole tracking field then do your sit-ups and push ups after a round. Although, I am not expert when doing exercise, I just share my experience joining with friends.

I'm having a little bit of a problem with my tummy myself. Ever since I have given birth, it is not as flat as it used to be. I know it will never be like it was before, but I would like for it to be a little flatter. I am working on this, but I don't want to kid myself at the same time, it may never be the way I want it to be with just excercise. But sit ups, and crunches, and eating less does help. Good luck!

Common problem for software professional.Take balanced diet and go for GYM or running daily. It will improve but slowly. Otherwise now a days some injections are there which will dissolve the fat from any part of the body

You can be on the best diet in the world & although you will lose some weight you will not get a flat stomach unless you exercise or do some kind of workout. I'm no expert of course, but I've had more then one person tell me this & since I myself have tried many diets in the past without success then I am thinking that there is probably some truth to that statement.

It's hard to achieve having those flat tummy. I, myself had a hard time even cutting a few fats. I have lessened my rice but it is not working. Probably because I don't do exercise. I think no matter how we lessen our food intake, unless we don't do even a bit exercise it won't work at all.
