It doesn't matter how well you did... all it takes is one screw up!

in view of the recent spate of events in the news with regards to the transit rails, everyone is crying out for heads to roll. From the highest management to the lowest muck in the rung, some one has to bear the brunt of the screw up. The question now is who... it doesn't matter how good you were, or how well you did prior to the screw up. Some thing screwed up, and it is a matter of who will be at the chopping block for the screw up. Do you agree?

Yeah, everywhere we go, whatever we do, only screwed up stuffs would be remembered by people, and they won't ever think about our merits.. haha That's how superficial we humans are. However changing the highest management doesn't help in things at all because they are the ones giving orders for others to follow. That's why there's audit team, supposed to check on things done properly. When things go wrong, it's the audit who failed, and not the highest management since they have already done their part to ensure things are supposed to be right.. haha
