need user review about uploaded.to

Does anyone here knows about this get-paid-to-upload program ? I having hard time finding users review and some payment proof . they paying rate is up to 30€ per 1000 downloads, which is quite high . plus, they count multiple downloads for same ip and there's no geographical restriction . According to alexa.com, uploaded.to is one of the top 1000 sites in world, I'm not sure if I read an outdated info . I honestly think, this is a joke .
