Yesterday,when I registered paypal I had a problem.I found the format of local PC that I fill in was right,but the paypal showed it was wrong.I filled out several times repeated but didn't passed.I'm depressed,I filled the Chinese Postal Code in paypal with standard indeed.why the paypal said me wrong.If I can't sign,how to transful money?

In Hong Kong, we do not have postal code.
I need to fill in 00000 to pass their checking.
I think you should not fill in the postal code in your area in postal code fill.
As they will use US's postal code to validation yours.
Instead, place you postal code in the last line of your address!
