I've worked in three different places and I was never satisfied with where I've worked, especially not just a financial problem, but a lot of things into consideration where I work is not an ideal place to work for me. I started with the first workplace, the first owner of the company of the first is very well and care about the employees, but one thing, I received the salary is not in accordance with the risk that the work I do.
The second company almost have the same case, only the difference is the firms, not impose hours of overtime, although often employees overtime. Meanwhile, the third company where I work, the owner of the company is very good and the pay is quite good, but company leaders are not disciplined in terms of words, and always promised much to the employees. I have never worked in an ideal workplace and in my opinion the ideal workplace is a company that takes into account the above, according to you what the ideal company is looking like? Thank for sharing.

For me an ideal company is the one who has the total package; good administration, great bosses, nice and serene environment, attractive compensation and benefits. I guess those are the traits that ideal Company has. I still hasn't find it, I've work for 4 companies now but I still can't find the company whom I want to stay with forever.

I thought you were right about your definition of an ideal company. I also did not find an ideal during staying in some companies where I was worked. I hoped badly that I would find an ideal company who can fulfill my needs and my desire as well. Happy myloting. Thank you.

For me, an ideal company should have good administration and must treat their employees like members of their family. Good working condition and of course the salary should be commensurate to each employees abilities. Also they must provide room for advancement for dedicated employees.

for me, the ideal company is a company that thinks of its employees welfare, a sharing of profit (not literally of course but in some ways like giving benefits, etc) most companies now adays always think of how they can maximize the use of the few people they have, even to the brink of overworking the people. and yet they are not giving benefits... i think when your employees are happy, then the company is healthy.

That's what is happening right now where I am working. This issues arise among staff that the boss use us maximally without having to think of giving back the benefits to the employee. I really agree that the main assets of a company is the employee who work or give something to the company, it is not the company itself. Thank you.

Hello... I have worked with two different companies so far.. I was satisfied with environment, office, bosses etc. First time I left the job because the salary was too poor.. I joined where I am now... But this company recently reduced our incentives, so I'm hunting again... Maybe I'll join new company in the new year... I am expecting to get double of what I am getting now, as I work with lowest paying company in my industry... :-)
An Ideal company is a place where you're 'happy to work'... Thats all!!!

A company that promotes growth to its employees in terms of salary and rank as well as respecting the rights of everyone irregardless of race or background would be some of the aspects that I am looking for in an ideal company. I was lucky that I was able to be in companies wherein I enjoy the work, pay and the company of my colleagues :)

There is no ideal or perfect company. There will always be some advantages and disadvantages. It is up to you to be flexible at work in dealing with your superiors and co-workers. Company politics is one thing that is always present in every company. This is what often makes employees lose their morale and self esteem. You will never find the ideal company not unless you make allowances for what you perceive are wrong and unreasonable. Just do your best in whatever job you are into and you will get the satisfaction from your hard work.
