Choosing healthier living habits does not just enable you to live better, it enables you to live a longer and more fruitful life. It's so glorious to feel well from day to day. But being healthier doesn not just come for free. Often you've got to work on it. Being healthy and fit means that you have a built-in 'sunny side of the street' to walk down on, that you have the will and energy toget the most out of yourself and your life.
What have you done so far to ensure yourself a healthier life?

Looking after oneself would always be the greatest gift one can give to himself and to the people around him. Ironically, it is also the worst gift one can give to the enemy. A well balanced diet and lots of rest and water would always be the best form of taking care of the body, coupled with the right amount of exercise.

taking lots of water woulld always be agreat idea. but in winter peoples do forgot to do follow this habbit occassionallly. and starts dehydrating their body.

I do meditation for healthy mind, which is the first step towards a healthy body, try to walk a lot, bend, do physical activity in the normal course of the day, think positive and chant mantras for good health

How does mantra promote good health? I don't see any relation to being healthy. Can you elaborate it, please?

Being Healthy is a good thing. Being able to stay in shape, is even better. Especially the older we get it becomes even more important for sure. The main thing is learning to eat right, and excercise. If you have Health problems preventing you from being able to do some of the things that you enjoy, maybe you need to find things you can do, or learn what foods are Best for you. Taking care of yourself will not only make you look good, you will feel better about yourself as well.

Very true. I agree with you. As I discussed earlier that being physically active like walking, jogging, swimming and cycling will boost not only physical conditioning but emotions as well. We will feel great and confident after a work out. We are feeling emotionally better.

Hello! You are right, healthy body, need to take good care of yourself. This aspect, I think a lot of young people are not pay attention. For as a young man his belief that the body is very good, but the body once went wrong, is late.

hello friend,
for an healthier life, I have found this nicest way of the lot of reading the books about the different people. It is so amazing to learn a lot of things from people's life, whom you have never even seen once or sometimes, people who lived centuries ago. The life and the struggles that they went through and the way they took it as a challenge and moved forward successfully make us think that our problems and issues in life are all very petty things for them. I mean, we learn what life is exactly when we read about those great people. That is when I am inspired to live such a life without making some of the mistakes that they made, trying to keep it as simple and as meaningful as possible. Now, I just love my life so much that and I appreciate every little things in my life which makes me feel so complete.

Reading is good to enhance your brain power. People who read a lot usually can control their emotions better. I haven't found any evident that reading also helps improve health, in terms of physical strength. I maybe wrong.

Precisely! We only have one body so we must take care of it. What I've done to ensure a healthier life is that, I lose weight through proper diet and exercise. I want that when I grow old I am still healthful!

that is going to be the future agenda of indai, they are still not very much conscious about these issuse. they are going in the same direction. hoping we will considered healt bills in the parliament as well.
