SolidTrustPay is Scam or Not and Can They Directly Deposited the Monry in Bank

I can't say it's scam or not. But there are serious problem with this payment processor. It's my own experience. A few week ago, I sign up to STP. I already read that I can open account from my country. (there are several country which is does not allowed open an account due to country banned list). In that moment my country (Indonesia) does not included in the banned list. About a week ago ago, I make a widhdrawl to STP and my money succes added to my STP account balance. But today when I login to my STP account, it's said that my conutry is included in banned list and I can't login into my account. I've try to resolve this problem by sent a ticket but they don't reply. I'm looking for the solution , anyone here know how to resolve an account in STP? If I were you, I will not join in before everything clear
