I do...She is so fun loving, jovial, friendly and lively that i never felt that im in the company of an elderly person.I like her company a lot.She is still sooo young(not in age but in behaviour)and active.I feel no one can ever be so active as she is...I really enjoy her company. She is co-operative and always helping.Wat about u? Are u also blessed with such mother-in-law as i am?

well, i'm trying to get close with my mother in law because i'm just married. so far i enjoy the time with her. i still stay in my own house. i just spend my time in my mother in law's home only on weekend. during that time i feel enjoy every time i talk or doing something together with her. she feels alone sometimes and ask me to stay longer in her house. but unfortunately i can't because i have to work. it's sad...well, i like my mother in law

Thats nice to hear that you both love each other's company.Well thats a good sign of a strong relationship.Keep maintaining that.Share your feelings with her and let her know that you are bound to responsibilities and hence not able to spent more time with her.Let her know your problems so that she can advice you and lead you when needed.Keep going like this.Have happy relationship...

Mother-in-law is not somebody we can choose. So it is purely by chance whoever happens to be one to us. As every human being is different in temperament and mannerism, it is unlikely that we can be closed with all our relatives including sisters and brothers, let alone a mother-in-law. You are lucky to get one of the supposedly most difficult person in the relative hierarchy as being a nice person. As she is the mother of our husband/wife, we just have to accept her, regardless of what she is. We don't have to like her but we must be friendly to her even if she is not.

I lover my MIL so much. She one of the kindest person on Earth. She really know how to place herself and extremely understanding. She's even more understanding than my own mother. I think I am lucky.
My in laws are very nice, I love them all.

I don't have mother in law because she already pass away before i met my husband but my mom know her because they are neighbors before. She said that my mother-in-law is a beautiful woman and she is also a generous person. She always help people that asking for her help and also the person that needs help. I think if she is still alive we will have good relationship as mother in law and daughter in law. My husband said that she is like my mom. Always caring mother.

I just don't like my mother in law, I LOVE my mother - in - law! She's like a real mother to me. She's loving, caring, thoughtful, and very nurturing. She's a perfect mother - in - law to me. I want to become just like her to my children - in - law in the future. Well, that would be 20 years from now hopefully since my eldest is only 10. :)

I am not married yet, and I don't know if me and my future in - laws can be good company, or even good friends. I found that many of my friends, who are already married, they don't get along with their in - laws, because of their wives, they have to respect their in - laws superficially. Behind their backs, he might gossip about them. I wish I won't be like that, and I wish that I can get along with everyone in my wife's side family.

A very delicate question. Many people joke about it, and there is the impression that especially men are not really that fond of their mum in law.
I personally never had problems with the lady, until six months ago, when she really got under my skin. Since then I avoid her like the plague, and so far I don't see any reason to change my opinion. Sad but true.
