Nervousness eats me.

I graduated from college just this year. After graduation I started applying for a job, but everytime I went to an interview, I failed. Maybe what's wrong with me? Can you help me build my confidence and stop acting like a nervousness little child? What can you advise or suggest.. Thanks! More power to all..:)

before you go for interview you must prepare all possible question of the interviewer to you.. like list all possible question in your note and make a best answer for it then study it of course.. when interview comes it is now easy for you to answer their question.
