Do you now who the number one distributor of Limewire, Morpheus, and almost all the other file sharing programs was? CNET!! That's right, CNET, which is owned by CBS/VIACOM and they licenced it to AOL/Time Warner and ABC/DISNEY. So the largest distributor of file sharing software was the music and movie industries themselves. It's all a scam! An excuse to sue everyday people, then get the US government to pass laws that will help them control the internet! That's right Lars Ulrich, all this "anti piracy" cram is just that, CRAP!! Check this out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9UdN0EW6NM Get the truth out there!

Yeah, this is yet another example of corporations having way too much power over our government. These entertainment companies didn't used to be able to sue for such large amounts until their lobbyists fought for it. And now they're fighting for the SOPA which will allow them to have websites shut down. They very well could post their own intellectual property on your site and have your site shut down. Last I heard, SOPA wasn't allowed to get out of committee in the House, but theirs a Senate version called PIPA which does the same thing. Of course, as dysfunctional as the Senate is right now, one would think it couldn't pass for on reason or another, but they do sometimes manage to get bills passed.

I don't have much patience for videos but thanks for the info. It gave me enough to find this: http://stopthecap.com/2011/02/17/hissyfitwatch-billionaire-owner-of-filmon-declares-war-on-cbs-viacom-cbs-you-suck/ There is a lawsuit against CNET for copyright infringement. The jerks may just reap what they have sown.

Seeing as Disney and a few other massive corporations own half the country already seems they are just lobbying for the other half. Now you know why mr mouse has those gloves.
