I just don't know what was wrong with me lately, I don't want to eat, or even though I felt hungry for a moment, when I pick up the food, I lost my appetite, and don't want to swallow it into my stomach. Actually, was it some sort of sickness, or psychologically I lost my appetite? For instance, I didn't have my lunch on Thursday, when I got off work, I went to a oriental restaurant nearby to grab a quick bite. I couldn't even finish the whole dish of rice and pork chops, I only ate half of it, and I couldn't continue on. I was worry, but on the other side, it help me lost weight though. Any suggestion or advice?

Could it be because the holiday season is just over and those many foods on the table during the holidays made you not excited at all with food these days? Well dear you should eat even just little to fill your body's need for nutrients. If you keep losing your appetite it is not a good although you like the fact that you are losing weight in the process. Remember losing weight by not eating is detrimental to your health. We need to eat in order to have energy and to keep the nutrients coming in, otherwise, we will get weak and later sick. Now you should also take note because in some cases loss of appetite may be a symptom of serious illness. Go and see a doctor if this persists so he could also suggest what food supplement or vitamins you should take to bring back your appetite.

I guess you eat the same food over and over again.I think you should try to experiment and try some other kinds and variety of foods to eat. There are also some times that we really lose our appetite even though the foods are our favorites.

maybe you just don't really need it, I think we humans do tend to eat too much...breakfast lunch dinner, maybe we don't always need this, its not a bad thing for our stomachs to have a rest....so long as you are eating something even just a little.. your body tells you what it needs.

If your in a diet and have successfully followed a smaller meal routine this is a natural reaction of your body no need to worry actually, your body have been adjusting to your eating pattern its good for losing weight but in a long run you might feel really tired or easily get weakened (happened to me once). I would suggest adding some small meals to give you extra energy we don't want you to collapse my dear =).
have a great day and merry christmas =)!

Actually I don't know what to say cos you don't give complete information such as your health condition, problems, or others. So, there are many case could cause this condition and the best solution is by solving the basic case you had now.
I ever feel the same case as you, but it is often cause by the tired and stress on job, so I would take a nice bath and having perfume on me, the last nice rest. THe next day I would have good appetite. simple

Eating less does not harm ensure that what you eat has lot of leafy green stuff and fruits. Milk is good, so is honey. Avoid meats, onions, garlic unless you want people to stay away!
