One Of Those Days

I am having one of those days where I am so hungry and no matter what I eat or how much I eat I still feel hungry! I don't want to cook anything at all. I don't even want to clean the dishes in the sink! I just feel tired and hungry. But I know eventually I will wash the dishes because I can not stand a dirty kitchen. There is so many channels on cable and as I am flipping through the channels there is nothing on! This is just one of those days for me. Do you have theses kind of days?

Yes, I've had those days! I found out that at least part of the time, I'm not really hungry, but I get dehydrated. If I start drinking water, the hunger goes away. I think my body is telling me it's thirsty and I misinterpret it as hunger.

I think you need to go out somewhere, maybe visit someone, or go take away food, I get like that all the time, I just say I am in a rut and need to pull myself out of it...

I think that if I ever get to that point, I really am not really keeping myself busy enough. And believe me, I have really have had days like that in the not so distant past. But I have managed to keep myself so busy that I don't even need to think about eating until it is going to be time to eat. There are just times where I write and I pace and I read, perhaps I go outside for a while away from food, weather permitting. Of course, watching the television is one of the last things I really want to do, as when there are commercials or shows that have food, that is when I get sorely, sorely tempted to really eat. And that's not something that I really do want to deal with. I have had days, just got to keep busy on things where food will not cross my mind at all.

Well yes i think I do too it is usually when i make porridges. Like yesterday, I really wanted some porridge so I made us all some. I don't know why but I just wouldn't be full and i ate something like three bowls haha three times of what I usually eat. And then I was drowsy and was almost in bed the whole day lol Merry Christmas!

I'm having one of those days too. I didn't get out of bed till 2:30 pm. When I woke up I wanted to stay in bed. Maybe the rain had something to do with my mood. I made time to call my family and tell them Happy Holidays. Mostly I just feel worn out today. Maybe tommorrow I'll feel better. Have a nice day..

yes!my sentiments too. When i resigned from work, my first 6 months is the most boring time of my life. I have nothing to do but surf the net. I also felt that being always feeling hungry. Its weird so I research it, it says "Boredom will make you feel hungry a lot";( so you should make yourself busy.

Hi ja hernandez rivas: It's funny because that's the way I felt yesterday at Christmas eve. But I have a good reason, I was celebrating with my family and I just can't resist to all the incredibly delicious things that my mom prepares to us ALVARO

Exercise usually helps me stop being hungry, try getting the blood pumping. Also try eating filling things, for instance an apple usually gives the feeling of eating a meal because it contains large amounts of water within.
