You will need to be able to write good English, otherwise you will NOT make anything at all and will quickly be barred from any writing site.
iWriter is a reputable site where people requiring articles on specific subjects can find people to write them. The charges are fixed and fully explained, so you know exactly what you will earn. You can earn more (and get more jobs) by increasing your reputation. If a task setter is pleased with your work, you earn reputation points and are eligible for slightly higher payments and are more likely to be specified as the preferred writer.
The standard of English you are currently using in your posts here would suggest that you are very far from capable of this kind of work.

Owl said it all, really (as usual) but I'll add a linkie. We've been having a lovely discussion of the pay rates and stuff in response number 1 over here: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2614148.aspx
Very interesting to have an inside view of the site from an earning member.

I have done articles for this site. I was approved 9 out of 10 times. I was able to make $20 in one weekend so this is a good site. Good luck.
