If someone know or its from Scotland please answer. Two or three days ago i was talking to a friend of mine, who lives and study in Scotland and he said that a firm which he use for a student brigade for work now pays him a sallary and also his ejucation without any work its like a blind investment,so every one can do that but first we must work for that firm for about four months and after that must got a debit card(which i dont know what exactly it is),but then we can study as well and again all our expencec weill be paid by that firm.If someone knows any specifics will be glad to hear thanks and Merry Christmas to all!!!

Doesn't it sound more like a student loan? Then it is not that "free". Either you need to pay it after you graduate or you will be bounded by a contract to work at that firm for years. I think it's not only on Scotland, then. I believe it happens in many places on all around the world..

Not exactly a student loan but lets say they pay for 10000 students and one of them become an inventor for example then the firsm can take their investment back.Of what i heart is that you didnt pay and if someone bound me to make a contract for 5 years and pays me 20 pound per hour that's fine with me!

i heard about this scheme in australia. one goes there to actually work and study. it is mutual beneficial to students and host company. since it is easier to get a student visa if one is accepted in an institute for studies. and then, that institute will put one in an internship program which pays more than enough to live and support the studies. i am not sure if scotland has the same program.
