In reality, we saw bullies in schools, workplaces, and other occasions that threaten people to death. No long ago, a school girl was threaten to death by her schoolmates, and the school faculty should take partial responsibility for that since they failure to act even they knew. Now, on the internet, there is also cyber - bullies existed, something new I heard, and it was acting the same manner as reality bullies. They threaten to find the victim, and enforced violence or whatever scary tactic to threat the victims. One boy was threatened, and he was committed suicide after that. Would such threat online caused murder case, or should that person who committed such threats be locked up?

It depends on how the laws are written, I suppose.

This has been an issue even before. There are lots of cyber bullies that is why I am against those kids who at even at their young age are using internet and have been exposed to social networks and You Tube. I do not agree that they are using internet because they tend to get friendly with almost everyone that lead them to being hurt once they meet bullies in the internet. Some of them are too shy to open up with their parents or someone older that is why they are tend to be confuse rather than to understand that these cyber bullies have their share of bigger problem too from the way they bully people. These bullies act like they are strong and there will be no downfall of their kingdoms but if you come and analyse it, you will see how weak they are because they like to let online people see how hard their life is.
If these children could have been warned by their parents that it is not safe to use internet with their juvenile minds, we could have save their life. Parents are not always there for their children 24/7 to screen what they are doing online. Most children are just being influenced by their classmates and friends to try some things online that might lead them in danger. Cyber bullies on the other hand, are always there, we have to admit we are aware about them but until now we are not doing anything to eliminate them. We need to warn our kids and if ever orient them that this bullies are among the loser online that we should not entertain in the first place.

I think cyber bullies should be caught and locked up too. I was bullied in school and on the bus. I have never been bullied online but I would not tolerate it.

Cyber bullies are no different then regular bullies. I don't understand why someone would be threatened by an online bully opposed to a real life bully. I am not a fan of bulling as I was bullied when I was in school. I look down at anyone who bullies another. I do believe that bullies should be punished like a criminal.

Of course the person should be locked up, a loss of life is a loss of life, and it doesn't matter if it resulted due to real life confrontation or through the cyber world. I have known people act this way.
I'm a thick headed guy so I never gave a s**t but I know. There was this game I used to play, it was an MMORPG. I was cyber bullied by some guys, it was mostly of racist nature but I wouldn't tell.
