I used to quite often get two also and it seems the one at Christmas was so tasty I was soon hungry for another. That T is a nice friend isn't he?

I have a friend like that. My BFF. She calls me sis and I am a part of her family. Met her when I was going to junior high with her younger sister. About fourty five years ago.

When we find turkeys at a really low price we always buy two or three. It is such a good source of protein, we enjoy it year round. We like to cook it outdoors in a smoker as well as cooking it indoors. I am glad people are thinking of you and getting these turkeys for you to have.

Well that was very nice of T. I was given a turkey for thanksgiving and we still have it. There is no way 2 people can effectively eat a 10 pound turkey so we froze it and also are eating it on New Years with our friends ^_^ Its a nice difference from the normal snacky foods we have.

That is fantastic! Are you going to try anything differently with this turkey?

well this one is the regular kind that you have to defrost first, and so when I cook it I will be cooking it the traditional way.
